Order Processing & Shipping

We do not export or ship any products outside of the United States. We also do not ship to Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), California (CA), Massachusetts (MA), District of Columbia (DC), Puerto Rico (PR), U.S. Virgin Islands (VI), American Samoa (AS), Guam (GU), Northern Mariana Islands (MP), Connecticut (CT), Washington (WA), New York (NY), Illinois (IL), New Jersey (NJ), Maryland (MD), Delaware (DE), Rhode Island (RI)

All orders are processed within the stated handling time shown at checkout, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance, destination, and external factors beyond our control.

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Customers are legally responsible for ensuring that the products they order are legal to purchase, possess, or use in their city, county, or state.

We do not guarantee that any product offered for sale is lawful in every jurisdiction. Laws and regulations vary widely and may change without notice.

By placing an order, you affirm that:

  • The item(s) ordered are legal in your location
  • You are legally permitted to purchase and receive the item(s)
  • You comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws

Ammunition Orders and Fulfillment

Ammunition orders are shipped directly by our fulfillment distributors. Availability, shipping methods, documentation requirements, and destination restrictions may vary by distributor and product.

Customers must meet the applicable age requirements and be legally eligible to receive and possess the ammunition ordered. Age, identity, intended-use information, permits, or other documentation may be required before shipment.

US AR Parts and its fulfillment distributors review orders for applicable restrictions. Orders that cannot be lawfully fulfilled will not ship. Our published shipping exclusions continue to apply; additional state, local, carrier, or distributor restrictions may also apply.

Giveaway ammunition is subject to the same eligibility and fulfillment checks. US AR Parts pays shipping for giveaway prizes as described in the official giveaway rules.

Prohibited or Restricted Items

Orders placed for items that are prohibited, restricted, or regulated in the customer’s jurisdiction may be:

  • Canceled prior to shipment, or
  • Returned to us by the carrier, seized, or refused delivery

We are not responsible for orders delayed, confiscated, or denied due to local laws or regulations.

The following restocking-fee and failed-delivery provisions apply only to purchased orders. Giveaway prize shipping and failed-delivery arrangements are governed by the applicable Official Giveaway Rules.

Restocking Fees & Associated Costs

If an order is canceled, returned, refused, or undeliverable because the customer ordered an item that is prohibited or restricted in their locale, the customer may be charged:

  • A restocking fee
  • Original shipping costs
  • Return shipping costs (if applicable)
  • Any carrier or handling fees incurred

Restocking fees, if applied, will be deducted from the refund amount. Fees may vary depending on the product and condition upon return.

Failed or Refused Deliveries

If a shipment is refused or returned due to incorrect address information, legal restrictions, or failure to comply with local regulations, the customer assumes responsibility for all associated costs.
