Order Processing & Shipping

We do not export or ship any products outside of the United States. We also do not ship to Alaska, California, Hawaii, Massachusetts, Puerto Rico, Washington State or Washington D.C.

All orders are processed within the stated handling time shown at checkout, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance, destination, and external factors beyond our control.

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Prohibited or Restricted Items

We are not responsible for orders delayed, confiscated, or denied due to local laws or regulations.

Restocking Fees & Associated Costs

If an order is canceled, returned, refused, or undeliverable because the customer ordered an item that is prohibited or restricted in their locale, the customer may be charged:

A restocking fee
Original shipping costs
Return shipping costs (if applicable)
Any carrier or handling fees incurred

Restocking fees, if applied, will be deducted from the refund amount. Fees may vary depending on the product and condition upon return.

Failed or Refused Deliveries

If a shipment is refused or returned due to incorrect address information, legal restrictions, or failure to comply with local regulations, the customer assumes responsibility for all associated costs.
